I may not be able to teach you “how to shoot” breakfast in more ways than one….
Ladies and gentlemen! I give you: “Eggy, Oaty, Amaranth!”
To make “eggy, Oaty, Amaranth!”
Combine: In medium saucepan:
1/4 c. oats
3/8 c. amaranth
1 c. water (or milk or almond milk)
Directions: bring ingredients to boil at med-high stove heat. Let mixture simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Gobble up after topping with peanut butter or any nut butter and jam!
